Follow a strategy

As a follower you deposit USDC into a strategy and receive shares. Every trade the strategy makes fills for your shares in the same order as the leader's own stake, at the same price.

Who can follow

Followers are allowlisted wallets outside the United States and the European Union. To get on the list:

  1. On the landing page, choose Request follower access, enter your wallet and, if you like, a way to reach you, and confirm both statements about where you are.
  2. The wallet is screened. When it is approved, the strategy pages in the app show you as eligible.

The app's deposit panel tells you what is still missing for your wallet: an invitation, screening, or the jurisdiction statement.

Choose a strategy

The Strategies list shows each strategy's status, AUM against its cap, performance fee, reveal delay and markets. A strategy page adds:

  • Terms — leader stake, fee, reveal delay, maximum leverage, markets.
  • Attested stats — return, maximum drawdown and exposure band, attested every hour by the executor and the verifier together.
  • Revealed trades — every trade whose opening has been posted, each checked in your browser against its commitment.
  • Recent epochs — each epoch's NAV and state.

A strategy opens to followers after its 30-day shadow period, in which the leader trades on their own stake alone, so stats and reveals exist before the first deposit.

Deposit

  1. On the strategy page, enter an amount in USDC and choose Deposit.
  2. Your wallet signs the transaction; the app shows it confirming.
  3. The deposit waits in the queue and mints shares at the next final epoch, at that epoch's NAV per share.

Shares are a ledger entry in the strategy's account on-chain, not a transferable token.

Your portfolio

Portfolio lists each strategy you hold: shares, value at the last final NAV, cost basis, and any deposit or withdrawal still waiting for an epoch.

Withdraw and claim

  1. In Portfolio, enter a number of shares — or All — and choose Request withdrawal.
  2. At the next final epoch the request settles at that epoch's NAV. Each epoch a strategy pays out up to 20% of its equity; requests beyond that carry into the next epoch in order, and Portfolio shows where yours stands.
  3. When the USDC is settled, Claim appears with the amount. Claiming pays it to your wallet's USDC account.

Payouts wait for you to claim them, so a missing or frozen token account on someone else's side never holds up yours.

What you pay

  • The strategy's performance fee on gains in NAV per share above the strategy's high-water mark — see Fees.
  • Your share of the execution fee (2 bps of filled notional) and of Jupiter's venue fees, paid by the pooled position.
  • No management fee and no deposit or withdrawal fee.
